2015
Expansion to Africa
Zenith Guild Enterprises Nigeria Ltd established in 2015. Focused on Energy & Renewable Energy, Real Estate Development and Investment. Brightstar Solar Global Renewable Energy subsidiary also setup in 2015.
2017
Establishment of Venture Capital Company
Expansion into the USA. Venture Capital Company setup in the UK 2017. Zenith Group Americas Inc focused on Real Estate and Venture Capital based in Miami, United States.
2018
Brightstar Solar Global
Signing of MOU with Nigerian Government for 30MW solar Project that will supply electricity directly to the National Grid.
