As CEO of Zenith Guild Group, he leads investments across real estate, renewable energy, commodities, and venture capital, with additional interests spanning various companies, funds, and industries.

With over 15 years of experience in these sectors, Fope has executed and exited deals exceeding £400 million. He is responsible for driving the overall strategy, vision, and growth of the Group.

Jeremy is an accomplished real estate and private investor with over a decade of experience. He has become a prolific force in the industry, having concluded residential and commercial transactions exceeding £300 million in gross development value (GDV).

Known for his high attention to detail and strong analytical acumen, Jeremy combines sharp insight with executional strength. Beyond real estate, he holds investments in fintech, renewable energy, and several other sectors and industries.

Jeremy plays a key role across all divisions of the Group, with a particular focus on real estate. He also contributes to overall strategy and drives growth initiatives across the organisation.
